I deserve to feel emotionally fulfilled. And I don’t have to feel guilty about trying to have my emotional needs met. I do have to think about how that could affect others around me in a possibly negative way. But it’s not much to ask the universe to keep my emotions at check.

I can think of a few times I indulged myself this year and it’s because I worked really hard and dedicated myself to restriction and so I needed to balance it out… work hard & play hard!
