Day 21: what’s something you’re working on believing that you deserve?

I deserve to feel emotionally fulfilled. And I don’t have to feel guilty about trying to have my emotional needs met. I do have to think about how that could affect others around me in a possibly negative way. But it’s not much to ask the universe to keep my emotions at check.

Day 18: what’s one positive change you can make to increase your happiness?

Well, it all starts in the mind… so one small and effective change I can make towards happiness is policing my own thoughts.
