Yesterday, I took my cat Venus to the vet for a checkup. It’s been a little while since she’s gone. She was overdue for her shots.

Due to the pandemic, I had to stay in the car the whole time as someone came out and took her away. I had to speak to the vet through phone call. I felt really bad, not being able to stay with Venus. She gets so anxious and poofy-tailed in new situations. Hopefully she didn’t hiss or scratch.

Good news is that she is very healthy! However — they said she’s overweight and should go on a diet. Venus and I can diet and exercise together, we’ll make it a team effort. 😹
