Simple Vegetarian Pasta Dinner

This is a very simple pasta-based meal that is super easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping cup dried pasta
  • Preferred cheese sauce (I used Newman’s Alfredo — 1/4 cup)
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • Seasonings/herbs

Scramble 2 eggs in the fryer while you boil your pasta.

Mix in cheese sauce.

Add favorite herbs and spices — I used garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric, basil, and hot chili pepper.

Combine pasta & eggs, and serve!

Very simple, yet very filling and delicious!

Never thought to add eggs to pasta alfredo. This is a good idea! Thank you!

Interesting idea, adding eggs! I’ve tried a pasta dish where I scramble the eggs with cooked spaghetti noodles and soy sauce, and that was pretty good. I’ll have to try this as well!
