Zip Your Lips

I never ever said a single bad word about you
Even during times when I really, really wanted to
I’d never spite you, it wouldn’t make sense
Only if it was self-defense.

He zips his lips
He zips his lips
And throws the key
Cause you can trust me

Don’t want no drama
Don’t want no rumors
Just want those good vibes
To consume ya.

Precious things are meant to be held close
No, they aren’t meant to be shown.
You don’t flaunt your riches
Treasure should be carefully hidden.

He zips his lips
He zips his lips
And throws the key
Cause you can trust me

Don’t want no drama
Don’t want no rumors
Just want those good vibes
To consume ya.

He won’t run his mouth
About his loaded gun
Doesn’t want to hurt you
Just wants to have fun.

And if I turn around
Lay my armor down.
To you, I reveal
What to others, I conceal

I zip my lips
I zip my lips
And throw the key
Cause it’s just for you and me.
