Day 13: exercise
When it comes to exercising, my favorite methods include: dancing, yoga, or pilates. I like forms of exercise that work the whole body and focus on stretching the muscles. If I’m going to the gym, I prefer to use the elliptical. Sometimes I will also use the bike or treadmill. My LEAST favorite form of exercise is running. Sometimes I run, and it does feel good in short bursts, but it’s not something I can do for long periods of time. It feels so unnatural to me — especially rough on the knees. I also have fairly short legs, not those long and skinny legs that you see professional runners with.
