It’s been a very social month. On Wednesday, I went to a concert in Philly with my friend Connie, and her work friend Victoria also joined us. It was my first time at this venue and it was so fun!
There was nearly a full moon. We were on the grass with a blanket which felt much more freeing than assigned seating! It was relaxing to be able to sit back and just enjoy the music. Although by the end of the night we were on our feet dancing and vibing.
We saw Portugal. the Man and Alt-J. They were both so good! I was more looking forward to Portugal. The Man, but I have to say that Alt-J ended up being my favorite!
On Friday, I went to Bowman’s Wildflower Preserve with my aunt Nancy and uncle David. It was very cool! It’s a nature preserve full of native wildflowers. Many beautiful blue bells! Also did not know that prickly pear cactus is native to this area!
This is us in the moss field which was possibly my favorite part! I also really enjoyed the medicinal trail.
Before venturing the trails, we had a great picnic lunch with sandwiches, snacks, and tea. It was so peaceful. After the hiking, we explored some more of New Hope town and got some ice cream, of course!
Overall, I had a very great weekend. Super memorable and will not forget ☺️
