Jupiter in Leo (June 2026 — July 2027) and Your Personal Predictions

From June 30, 2026 through July 26, 2027, Jupiter will be in the zodiac sign of Leo. Even in early June, we are beginning to feel the affects, as Jupiter is such a large planet with a long revolution.

First, I will discuss how this transit affects us on a collective level. Next, for a more personal interpretation, scroll down to your zodiac sign.

Collective energy

Jupiter has been in Cancer for about the past year now. The planet of Jupiter magnifies and expands whatever it touches — so whatever zodiac sign its in, we feel its energy so much stronger. Jupiter also brings luck, fortune, optimism, and spirituality.

The last time that Jupiter was in Leo was summer of 2014 through summer of 2015. You can look back at that period in your life and find repeating patterns popping up again in this coming year.

When Jupiter moves into Leo, our energy becomes more playful, optimistic, and self-expressive. Jupiter in Leo gives us the confidence to be ourselves. It allows us to see the world in a more positive light and have faith in the future.

This is an era for knowing who you are, embracing your uniqueness, and standing out from the group. This is not the time to be a follower. You should strive to carve your own path.

Jupiter in Leo is a favorable time for kids, or raising kids, as Leo is strongly connected to children. You can repair and strengthen bonds with the children in your life. The world becomes more of a playground. Imagination expands as we are able to think more out-of-the-box and take things less rigidly.

If you would like to thrive during this period, you should take many risks and leaps of faith. Do not take the path of cynicism or untrustworthiness. It’s never been more important to listen to your gut, rather than take the advice of others.

When it comes to spirituality, you’d be best to embark on your own path. It will feel harder to connect with an entire community or group who has the exact beliefs as yours. Do not feel pressure to bend your beliefs for the sake of fitting in. Also, take a more lighthearted and childlike approach to spirituality.

No getting bent. Got it. You have an opinion on Ophiuchus?

I do have an opinion 🙂

Astrology is an ancient system in which the sky was divided into 12 equal parts. In western astrology, this is a fixed system that aligns with the solstices and equinoxes, which do not change. The constellations have shifted over thousands of years but astrology is not based on movement of these constellations, it is rather the movement of the planets from the perspective of Earth. The ancients were aware of the constellation of Ophiuchus, it is not a recent discovery, and it was purposely not included in the zodiac signs.

HOWEVER, as a pagan myself, I do not dismiss to existence and power of Ophiuchus in Roman religion and mythology. Even though Ophiuchus is not a zodiac sign to me, the fact that you feel so drawn and connected to this does mean something. So I’m not dismissing your connection to Ophiuchus and this tells me that you do have a soul connection – probably something that goes BEYOND astrology, which is actually even cooler. I really like your article!
