The TRUTH about personal power! (what no one will EVER tell you…)

What no one will tell you…

No one will ever tell you the truth.

No, I’m not saying that everyone is a liar.

When I say truth, I’m not talking about fact verses fiction. I’m talking about your personal truth.

And your personal truth has everything to do with your personal power.

No one is ever going to tell you the truth about your personal power.

If you are looking for permission to be powerful, STOP.

No one is EVER going to give you permission to be powerful. No one is going to validate the power you have, or the power you strive for.

It’s not because nobody wants to see you have power, or that they think you don’t deserve it. Far from it.

It all has to do with fear. Everyone from partners, family, and closest friends… to enemies, acquiatences, strangers…

They’re all scared to see your power. Their fears tell them you will abuse it, or you won’t love them anymore.

Identify the difference between true power and false power.

False power is the illusion of power. The ability to make others feel powerless. A perfect example is a position of leadership or authority.

You cannot make someone else feel powerless without making yourself feel powerless.

A person with true power sees no point in draining someone else. It’s a waste of time and energy. They have the wisdom to understand that making someone else feel small is also going to make them feel small too.

No one is ever going to tell you, “this is your life.

No matter how much someone may care for you, their fears are going to lie to them, thus causing them to lie to you. It’s not done on purpose or to spite you.

Fear is fear — its only agenda is to be itself. Fear may be the source of evil, but is not evil itself. It simply is.

What you DO with fear defines its purpose. YOU are the one who gives fear a motive, a reasoning.

It’s your job to decide what to do with fear. Since fear is energy, it can’t just go away. You can feed it and watch it grow, or you can transform it into something else.

The truest way to feel powerful is to make someone else feel powerful. What you put out there comes right back to you.

When I say “make someone feel powerful,” I’m not referring to false power, by feeding their ego or letting yourself be powerless in order to please them. I’m talking about true power — that will also give you power, too.

Imagine if someone actually came up to you and told you that this is your life. That… wait a minute… you actually get to make your own decisions. I know it sounds obvious, but it’s one of those things you can never truly believe until you hear it come out of someone else’s mouth.

Can you imagine? They tell you, “your feelings are valid. Your world is worth exploring before you die. You can do whatever you want. You are ultimately the only one who lives with yourself.”

What would you do if they said that? How many of your fears would transform into love, desires, fantasies…?

Imagine how powerful that would make you feel. In a world where everyone is pressured to be a robot who is allowed occasional mistakes here and there — someone tells you you’re allowed to be a human being, who’s life is a masterpiece of beautiful mistakes.

Your perception would completely shift. You would stop worrying and start pursuing. Your soul could finally express itself the way it was always meant to.

So… why wait?

If this is so hard for you to believe yourself, what makes you think someone else is going to tell you?

Tell yourself. Be that person. Or wait, for all of eternity, for someone else to be that person.

Write it down.

Say it out loud.

Speak to your reflection and set it right.

Until then, I’ll say it.

This is your life. You have so many people in your life who support and care for you. But none of their lives are yours. And your life is not any of theirs. If you try to live someone else’s life or other people try to live your life then everything gets out of balance because that’s not how life works. Ultimately we are all connected but right now we are separate stars with unique orbits — aka points of perception.
